This policy is created in accordance with Razorpay guidelines for digital products.
1. No Cancellation After Purchase
Once a digital product is purchased, cancellation is not allowed, as access is granted instantly.
2. No Refund Policy (Digital Products)
Due to the nature of downloadable digital content, we do not offer refunds or returns once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
3. Exceptions (Limited Cases)
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Payment was deducted but product access was not delivered
- Duplicate payment occurred
- Technical error from our side preventing access
All such cases must be reported within 48 hours of purchase with valid proof.
4. Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
