Policy for digital product purchases at PrepMaster

1. No cancellation after purchase

Once a digital product is purchased, cancellation is not allowed, as access is granted instantly after a successful payment.

2. No refund policy for digital products

Due to the nature of downloadable digital content, we do not offer refunds or returns once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

3. Exceptions in limited cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• Payment was deducted but product access was not delivered
• Duplicate payment occurred
• Technical error from our side preventing access

All such cases must be reported within 48 hours of purchase with valid proof, such as payment confirmation screenshots or transaction reference numbers.

4. Refund processing

If a refund request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Actual credit to your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
